Like you, CAP is passionate about releasing New Zealanders from debt and poverty.
Living in money chaos feels like being caught in a fast-flowing river. Before coming to CAP, families in unmanageable debt describe a feeling of drowning. People swim bravely… but are soon exhausted, losing hope.
Together with the church, CAP prevents New Zealanders being swept away.
CAP’s services are free – made possible through by partnering with over 150 local churches across Aotearoa. The ministry is supported by donors, who give what they can. Each client, like Sarah, has a support friend from a church community to walk alongside them, as well as experts who advocate for them every step of the way.
“It’s a privilege to celebrate alongside parents like Sarah, as they strengthen their household’s financial position and start strengthening their relationships… with money, self, others, and God.
Thanks for your shared heart to bring practical help and hope to local communities.”
